Aldor Solutions Corporation was created in 1999 with the combination of three leading technology solutions providers to the funeral and cemetery industry, LifeFiles, FX-Directors Solutions, and Davidson Software. LifeFiles was the first true online memorial driven website provider to funeral service organizations. FX-Directors Solutions came to the market offering custom-designed, service-driven websites for funeral homes and corporate groups across the country, while also providing the funeral industry's first internet based daily news site FuneralWire. Needing only a case management program to complete a trinity of services, Davidson Software, a 27 year leader in providing funeral home management systems, brought its renowned FDMS product line on board. We began the brand Aldor Solutions Corporation in 2002. Soon after Aldor Solutions was born, we announced the first internet based software system for records and automated task management for funeral homes and corporate groups.
At Aldor Solutions Corporation, we remain cognizant of our past and use that experience to shape the vision for our future. This vision is shared and refined with input from all of our funeral home technology partners. Just recently we pioneered the tracking of website content and activity to unique visitor maximization, and ultimately to added call volume. Aldor provides a "front to back of the house solution”, which brings calls in from the web, automates record keeping on arrangements, manages funeral home service activities, prints all the necessary paperwork, and provides business critical reports to management. This suite of solutions from Aldor maximizes family service and funeral home effectiveness.
